The Policyholder should obtain Insurance Certificate before the trip, while being within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In the event of a Claim, the Policyholder shall be responsible for providing evidence of his/her presence in the Republic of Azerbaijan at the time of obtaining the Insurance Certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof shall release the Insurer from any obligation to make an Insurance Payment under this Policy.
